"I met Laura while participating in RBCx - an internal innovation challenge at the bank. Laura, with Highline Beta, led a week-long bootcamp on design thinking & lean startup. This was my first introduction to this style of research/development and Laura made it accessible and fun. Laura was always available for ongoing support through the 9 week program and my team leaned on her skills/experience greatly. It was a pleasure working with Laura and I hope our paths cross again soon!"

Evolve and
Embrace Change
Throughout my career I’ve coached dozens of innovation and startup teams and supported them in developing mindsets of creativity, curiosity, and leadership. As a certified Flow coach I bring to this as a creative thinking partner to guide clients through a process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
As a coach, my job is to walk alongside individuals and teams and support them in gaining clarity and confidence, achieving their goals, overcoming their challenges and having a greater sense of flow and accomplishment.
I bring the coaching process, and suggest activities, frameworks, and tools to help bring conversation into a visual or tangible spaces for consideration. Clients and their teams bring the goals, connection, knowledge and experience to transform coaching sessions into tangible changes in work and life.
Coaching sessions won’t offer advice but they will help guide clients to find the answers themselves, based on their goals, needs, and definitions of success.
